Creamy Beef with Corn

Oh! I miss my blog ",) ... It's been another new year, new life, new opportunities and new exciting foods to discover and taste (laughing).

I just want to share this recipe mostly to those who are fond of creamy and sweety meal dish. So simple and easy to prepare.

You'll need:
  • 1/2 kilo beef sirloin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium onion, minced
  • 1-2 packs of young corn
  • 1 brick all purpose cream
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon soysauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Procedure: Boil beef until tender and drain after, set aside. In a saucepan, put a small amount of oil and saute garlic and onion then immediately add beef. Mixed them well, add all-purpose cream, condensed milk (you may add or reduced the amount depends on your taste), soysauce and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add young corn simmer until tender.

Korean Beef

Oh my! I like this one because of it's good taste and my crave for green bean sprouts... so yummy!

You'll need:
  • 1/2 kilo o f beef sirloin (sliced into thin strips)
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 150 g. bean sprouts (toge)

Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 1 can (237 g)Italian style spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar

Procedure: Marinate the beef for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve the marinade. Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry the beef until cooked. In the same pan, simmer the marinade for 5 minutes. Then add the cooked beef. Stir and bring to boil. Then finally, add the sprouts and sesame seeds. Stir once and serve.
