Chicken Curry

It was just lately when I tried to eat this recipe. Before or even when I was small, I never want to taste even a bit of this. I don't know the reason why, maybe it's just that if I don't feel to eat such kind of food, I never really tried it. But now, I'm married I use to try different foods that I never tried before and it looks that I made to like it. Like this one, before I hate to eat something with curry, but I'm wrong, because now I love it and I'm craving for it more and more.

You'll need:
  • 1 lb chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 medium onion chooped
  • 1/2 each red and green pepper sliced
  • 4 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock

Procedure: Cut chicken into bite size. In a skillet, heat oil then saute garlic and onion and add chicken and stir until brown. Blend the cornstarch to 1 tablespoon water, add pepper, curry powder and 3/4 cup chicken stock. Add the mixture to skillet, mix and saute until the sauce thickens. Now stir the pepper slices, bring heat to medium low and cover and stir for another five minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
